The Bose Trade In Program provides owners of Bose products the opportunity to get credit for their existing product and apply it toward the purchase of the latest and greatest innovations from Bose.

• The amount of credit varies depending on the product you trade in, and the product you choose to purchase. Examples of the amount of credit you may receive can be seen at the top of this page.
• The value you receive for your trade in can only be applied to a new purchase within this program. You cannot combine the trade-in value with other promotional offers or discounts. We do not offer cash alternatives for the trade-in value. Taxes are not covered by the trade-in value and must be paid separately.

2. Explore your options, choose your replacement product, and confirm your payment and shipping details.
3. Send your current product to Bose free of charge, then receive your newly purchased product.

Your product serial number can be found on your product, the original box, and in some cases in your Bose app. For help, click “START TRADE IN” on this page, then click “Where is my serial number?” next to the serial number entry.

After you place your trade-in order, we’ll email an order confirmation, a prepaid UPS label, and shipping instructions to you. Once we have received your old product, your new product will typically ship out within 3 – 4 days. Overall, the process typically takes a couple of weeks, depending on how quickly you return your existing product.

Trade-in orders are final sale. Please note that products that have been traded in will not be returned to you. New products purchased through the Trade In Program are final sale products and cannot be returned or exchanged, but warranty service still applies.
