We hope you never have a mishap with your Bose product, but we all know, sometimes things happen. BoseCare protection plans are ready for those unexpected situations.

There are two BoseCare plans available. One covers your product after the included Bose limited warranty expires. The other starts coverage the moment you purchase your product and plan. These extended protection plans are available when you purchase your product on Bose.com at a one-time cost based on the product being purchased. When buying one of these protection plans for a particular product, the plan will cover just that product. The plan will not cover multiple products, or those previously purchased.

BoseCare Accident Protection Plan

The BoseCare Accident Protection Plan covers everything BoseCare Protection Plan does plus Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH). This additional coverage is not provided under your Bose limited warranty or the BoseCare Protection Plan.


We will cover unintentional and accidental damage, such as physical or liquid damage, caused by your handling of the product during normal use. Check your Bose Owner’s guide for details and best practices for taking care of your product.


This plan starts on the date of purchase, and you are covered for up to 3 years. You will receive one (1) repair or replacement per plan.

One repair or replacement per plan
Repairs will be completed with new or refurbished factory specific parts. Replacements are provided with like or similar features. You may obtain service or claim support by using the the BoseCare Consumer Web Portal, by emailing the Administrator at bosecaresupport@servify.com, or by calling (toll free) 1-877-267-3525.

Payment
The plans are available when you purchase your product on Bose.com at a one-time cost based on the regular retail price of the product being purchased.1 The plan remains active for two years after the expiration of the Bose limited warranty, unless cancelled.2

Once you purchase a BoseCare plan, you will receive a warranty activation email. To activate your BoseCare plan, please confirm the order information contained in that email.Your BoseCare contract will be administered by Servify. Plan Terms and Conditions

Repair and replacement

How it works

In the event of a claim, the product will need to be sent to a Bose Authorized Repair Center.


1. The Administrator (Servify) will provide a prepaid shipping label.

2. The product will need to be shipped to the Bose Authorized Repair Center, where it will be inspected.

3. Inspection will determine the extent of damages, and if the damages fall under the scope of your BoseCare plan. Inspection will also determine if your Bose product is repairable or if a replacement product is necessary.

4. Once repair and/or replacement is finalized, the product will be shipped back to you.


Your repair request will be completed with new or refurbished factory-specific parts. If it is determined that a product is not repairable, a replacement with equal or similar features will be sent. If it’s determined that your Bose product is covered by your plan, the product will be shipped back to you free of charge. If the Bose product is determined to not be covered, the expense to ship your original product back will be incurred by you.

You can purchase a BoseCare plan when purchasing your Bose product directly on Bose.com.

A BoseCare plan can be purchased when you initially purchase your Bose product.

The BoseCare Protection Plan starts after the 1-year Bose limited warranty (included with all products) ends.

The BoseCare Accident Protection Plan starts on the date of purchase.

BoseCare is a one-time cost based on the regular retail product price, and the plan you choose (BoseCare Protection Plan or BoseCare Accident Protection Plan). The price is shown at time of purchase.

BoseCare Protection Plan covers mechanical breakdowns after the manufacturer warranty expires, battery failure, or damage due to power surges. For full details, please review the BoseCare Terms and Conditions.

The BoseCare Accident Protection Plan covers the unintentional and accidental damage from your handling of the product during normal use as defined in the product’s owner’s guide.

For plans purchased after January 15, 2025:

You can file a claim at your convenience by visiting the BoseCare Consumer Web Portal. You can also speak to a Bose Customer Care Expert by calling (toll free) 1-877-267 3525 or by emailing Servify directly at bosecaresupport@servify.com.


For plans purchase before January 15, 2025:

You can file a claim by visiting Allstate Protection Plans.

There are no service fees associated with your BoseCare plan.

Your BoseCare plan will provide 1 repair or replacement of your product.

Yes. Your BoseCare plan may be cancelled at any time. If you decide to cancel your plan, you will receive a prorated refund. For full details, please review the BoseCare Terms and Conditions.
