Holiday price match promise

We’ve extended our standard 14-day price match promise for the holiday season to help you feel even better about your purchase. If you buy a new product from Bose.com between November 1 and December 30 and then find a lower price for that same product on our site or through select authorized Bose dealers — Best Buy, Target, or Walmart — you can request a price match/refund through January 10 with our holiday price match promise. Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing you’re getting the best price for your purchase — our gift to you.

Requesting a price match:  

When you contact us to request your holiday price match, you’ll be asked to submit an image or link of the current lower price. We’ll then review and verify the price match request.  

What qualifies

  • The product must be the identical model and be in stock, ready to ship, from one of the following authorized dealers: Best Buy, Target, or Walmart
  • The lower price must be the listed price (plus any shipping costs) and be valid at the time of request
  • The price match request must be submitted by the individual who is listed in the “bill to” section of the order
  • We reserve the right to verify the lower price and availability of the product, and we may decline the request
  • No rain checks will be issued for items out of stock at Bose to match a competitor’s price
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of price matches on identical items

The Bose holiday price match promise does not cover: 

  • Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers or “marketplace” retailers
  • Prices that only display on a website after a guest log in
  • Any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors or misprints, mail-in offers, rebates, items that are advertised in limited quantities, out-of-stock items, credit card offers, discounts related to membership programs or loyalty offers, student, military, teacher, or first responder discounts, coupons, clearance, or closeout items, liquidation sales, damaged products, open-package products, pre-owned or refurbished/reconditioned products

90-day return policy

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Bose Products. We want you to be thrilled, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 90 days of receipt (30 days for aviation headsets and accessories) for a full refund.

We currently accept online returns only for products purchased directly from Bose. If you purchased your product from a Bose store or another retailer, please return it to that store.

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process (excluding Klarna and Afterpay payment methods).

Trade up

Trade up offers are valid in the United States only, are subject to availability, and can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Offers are valid only for customers who trade in a qualifying product. Traded-in products will not be returned. Trade-in offers cannot be combined with other offers, applied to previous purchases, or applied toward taxes or delivery. Not valid for cash. If the newly purchased product is returned, the refund value will be the price paid for the newly purchased product. Offers are subject to change without notice. Free 2-day shipping and returns

 

Free shipping on all orders. Orders typically take 1 – 2 days to process and 2 days to ship. Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The number of days quoted for 2-day and express shipping refers to transit time only, additional time is required to proceed orders (typically 1 – 2 business days).

You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you place an order. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add, or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. Unless we state otherwise, risk of loss or damage to a Product passes to you upon shipment of the Product to your specified delivery location. You have thirty (30) days from the shipment date to notify Bose of any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your order.
