Holiday Bonus Card promotion 

Who is running this promotion?  

This promotional offer is conducted by Bose Corporation, with registered offices at The Mountain, Framingham, MA 01701, United States. Hereinafter, it will be referred to as Bose.


How and when will the Holiday Bonus Card be provided?  

The Holiday Bonus Card will be issued via email to the address used at checkout, immediately upon purchase, and will be sent separately from the original gift card.   


How can Holiday Bonus Cards be used? 

  • The Holiday Bonus Card is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and can only be used for purchases on Bose.com in the United States.  
  • The Holiday Bonus Card cannot be applied to previous purchases or the same transaction in which the original gift card is purchased, and any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited. 
  • Holiday Bonus Cards are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are applicable to any product available on Bose.com at the time of purchase, including items on sale.  
  • If the full value of the Holiday Bonus Card is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will remain on the card for future purchases, as long as it is within the 30-day validity period.

What is an eGift Card?

An eGift Card is an electronic or virtual card (as opposed to a physical plastic card) that can only be purchased and redeemed on Bose.com. 


What are the advantages of an eGift Card?

There are numerous advantages to using an eGift Card, including the instant gratification and the convenience of purchasing and redeeming it. They’re perfect for that last-minute gift and can be scheduled for delivery on a specific day and time. eGift Cards are virtual so there are no delivery or handling charges. 


Do eGift Cards expire or have any fees? 

Bose’s eGift Cards do not expire or carry any fees.  


Is there a minimum amount and/or maximum amount I can put on an eGift Card?

Yes. Bose eGift Cards have a minimum value of $10 and a maximum value of $500 per card.  


How do I protect myself from gift card scams?

If you get or give a gift card, here are some key points to follow: 

  1. Buy your Bose.com eGift cards from this site 
  2. Keep the email receipt 
  3. Never provide your gift card number and PIN to someone you don't know 
  4. The only place to check the balance of your gift card is on our Check your eGift Card Balance page 
  5. The only place to use the cards for payment is on Bose.com  
  6. Treat gift cards like cash

Are there any fees associated with purchasing a Bose eGift Card?

There are no delivery or handling charges, you only pay for the face value of the eGift Card. 


Can I change the value of my eGift Card purchase or cancel the transaction? 

All eGift Card transactions are final, sorry! If you want to increase the eGift Card value, then a new transaction will be required.  


How will the recipient know that I sent them a Bose eGift Card?

The recipient will receive an email indicating that a virtual eGift Card has been sent to them. This notification includes any personal messages you added during the eGift Card purchase process. 


How will I know that the recipient received and opened their eGift Card?

You will receive an email notification when the recipient opens the email containing their Bose eGift Card. You can also track the status of the eGift Card by entering your confirmation number and email address.  


How long does it take to reach the recipient? 

All eGift Cards purchased are subject to credit card processing. This typically occurs within 20 minutes; however, it could take up to 6 hours. If cards are not received within 6 hours, please contact Bose customer support at bose@wgiftcard.com or call 855-465-4490. 


I recently purchased and sent a Bose eGift Card, but it hasn’t arrived. What should I do? 

Occasionally, like any email, eGift Cards are intercepted by spam filters. Please check with the recipient to see if their eGift Card is in their spam or junk folders. It is also possible that the email address was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, so please check the email address you entered for the recipient.  


You can also resend the eGift Card by entering the email address and confirmation number associated with the eGift Card, then selecting the “Track” button. Once the eGift Card appears, select the “Send” button. Enter the appropriate email address and select “Submit.” The eGift Card has now been resent.  


Can I schedule an eGift Card to be delivered at a future date and time?

This is a very popular feature if you want your eGift Card to arrive on a special day or moment. Bose eGift Cards can be delivered immediately (subject to credit card and security processing time) or at any future date and time you select. 

 

Redeeming

Where can I use my Bose eGift Card? 

You may use your eGift Card for any products on Bose.com. When you are ready to checkout, you will be able to redeem your card during the payment process by adding the card number and PIN. Any available balance will be applied toward your payment. 


Can the Bose eGift Card be used for Bose service-related transactions?

The eGift Card cannot be used for online service transactions, like upgrades/trade ups, replacements, or repairs. Also, if you order a product through Customer Service, the eGift Card can’t be used. It can only be used for direct online purchases on Bose.com. 


Can I use a card internationally?

Bose eGift Cards are only valid in the United States, including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. If you live in other US Territories or at a US military base you can also purchase eGift Cards, but Bose doesn't ship to PO boxes, American Samoa, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, or Palau.  


How do I use my Bose eGift Card?

Once you have received your email notification, you can view your card by clicking the “Get your eGift Card here” button.  

To redeem your eGift Card, visit Bose.com and enter the eGift Card number and PIN during the checkout process.  


How do I check the balance of my card? 

To check your eGift Card balance, go to Bose.com gift card page and click “CHECK BALANCE.” This will bring you to the Check your eGift Card balance page, enter your eGift Card number, PIN, and email address. 


Common troubleshooting issues

My gift card is not being accepted as a form of payment. What should I do?

If you encounter an issue with your gift card during checkout, first check your gift card balance. If there is a balance on the card, please allow for the systems to sync again and wait 15 – 20 minutes before trying again. If it still doesn't work, please contact Bose customer support at bose@wgiftcard.com or call 855-465-4490. 


The recipient never received my Bose eGift Card. How do I resend it?  

To resend your eGift Card, enter your email address and confirmation number, then select the “Track” button. Once your eGift Card appears, select the “Send” button. Enter the appropriate email address and select “Submit.” Your eGift Card has now been resent.  


I sent my card to the wrong email address. Can I send it to a different email address? 

To resend your eGift Card, enter your email address and confirmation number, then select the “Track” button. Once the eGift Card appears, select the “Send” button. Enter the appropriate email address and select “Submit.” The eGift Card has now been resent.  


I am having trouble viewing my eGift Card email. How can I access it? 

Some email systems and browsers are set to block images and pop-ups which can prevent a recipient from receiving their Bose eGift Card. Please click on the “via web browser” link which is located in the upper right-hand corner of the email. Also, check to ensure your pop-up blocker is temporarily disabled; this is typically a yellow box of text just below the browser tabs.  


I inadvertently deleted the email with my Bose eGift Card before I could use it. How do I request a replacement?

The purchaser of the eGift Card has the ability to resend your eGift Card using their confirmation number and email address. Please contact the purchaser and have them resend the eGift Card. If you are the purchaser of the eGift Card, resend your eGift Card by entering the email address and confirmation number, then select the “Track” button. Once the eGift Card appears, select the “Send” button. Enter the appropriate email address and select “Submit.” The eGift Card has now been resent.

What payment methods are accepted for purchasing a Bose eGift Card?

The following payment methods are acceptable for purchasing a Bose eGift Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I purchase Bose eGift Cards in bulk?

Are there any perks for My Bose members who purchase eGift Cards?

No. There are no special perks for My Bose members who purchase an eGift Card at this time. 


Can I personalize a Bose eGift Card? What are my options?

There are multiple design options you can choose from when purchasing an eGift Card from Bose. All designs are final once selected. You can also write a personalized message to the recipient and select a specific date/time for delivery. 

The Holiday Bonus Card will not be available for online service transactions, such as upgrades/replacements or repairs, nor for orders created via Customer Service.  

  

Additional terms  

  • Fraud prevention: Bose reserves the right to void or revoke any issued Holiday Bonus Cards if fraudulent activity or abuse of the promotion is detected.  
  • Non-transferable & non-redeemable for cash: Holiday Bonus Cards are intended for personal use only and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.  
  • Limitation of liability: Bose is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or delivery failures related to the issuance of Holiday Bonus Cards. In the event of nonreceipt of the Holiday Bonus Card, customers must contact Bose Customer Service within 60 days of the qualifying purchase.  
  • Lost/stolen cards: Bose is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Holiday Bonus Cards. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their Holiday Bonus Card information once issued.
